Alimentaria, We 've Surprised Everyone!

It is amazing the amount of time we spend telling people that cognac is not a dying category, that it is not syrupy, and that they are many types of cognac, ... and many other things such as that it is not for 'old folks' but common sense tasteful folks.

In Spain, things are becoming better and slowly they see their economy recovering. In fact, there is an increasing interest for better things and a search for higher quality.

Hence, room for cognac!

People were surprised to see a small cognac producer in the middle of Spanish wines and Tequilas, etc. the usual stuff in Alimentaria. We were the odd ball but we got attention, and we were able to share our enthusiasm for all things to do with cognac.
