COGNAC PAIRING DINNER WITH COMANDON AT THE SKYROOM IN CALIFORNIA

The SkyRoom restaurant, one of the most prestigious restaurant in Southern California is doing a cognac pairing dinner with Comandon Cognac on Friday 23rd October. This is a very rare event from one of the leading gourmet restaurant in Los Angeles with reserved seatings only. The dinner will be offering Comandon VS, Comandon VSOP and one of the House acclaimed Vintage Single Cask from a limited batch of 400 bottles of 2003 Petite Champagne cognac.
In 2003, France went into one of the hottest summer anyone can remember and the harvest was considered a miracle by the trade. Most of the 2003 vintage from Cognac were blended and hence the limited number of bottles for this vintage.
